4. An equipment or materials storage yard
5. A transport terminal
6. An auto body repair shop
7. A welding shop
8. Bulk sales
9. A petroleum storage depot
10. A saw or planing mill
11. A scrap yard
12. Railway uses
13. A public garage
14. Other industrial uses
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (ML) ZONE
No person shall within any Light Industrial (ML) Zone use any lot or erect, alter or use any building or structure except for one or more of the following uses:
1. A service or repair shop
2. A warehouse
3. A service industry
4. A business office accessory to a permitted use
5. A manufacturing plant
6. A processing plant
7. A wind farm
8. A commercial use accessory to a permitted industrial use
The properties are accessed by a municipality owned & maintained year round access road. No other services are provided to the properties and municipal water and sewer is not available. Proponents are required to install individual on-site septic system and well.

The municipality will entertain proposals to own or lease land in the industrial park.
